Troubleshooting Guide

If the device is not working, please follow the instructions below:

1- Switch on the device and wait for 120 seconds
2- If you can not see the LEDs because the device is installed in an inaccessible point, go to step 6
3- If the power LED is switched off, go to step 9
4- If you do not see the wifi network on your device go to step 10
5- If the GSM LED is switched off, go to step 11
If you see the GSM LED switched on, not blinking, the device is connected to the network but is not doing data traffic. The reasons can be many, has exhausted the traffic on the SIM (the speed is reduced), you are in the area with limited coverage, etc ..

6- If you do not see the wifi network on your device go to step 10
7- If you do not see the login page with “connect” button go to step 11
8- If the network is slow means that traffic is exhausted or you are in an area not covered by GSM signal

9- Fill out the form below selecting troubleshooting “power LED off”
10- Fill out the form below selecting troubleshooting “wifi network not visible”
11- The area is not covered by GSM signal, try waiting to be in a covered area. If the problem persists, please fill out the form below selecting troubleshooting “GSM LED signal not visible”
