Through the WiFiBus application it is possible to monitor the operation of the router by entering the serial and the asset number (written in the device).
You can check:
- the quality of the connection in real time (expressed in “notches”)
- the number of users connected in real time
- the last link
- the traffic in download and upload generated by each passenger with relative MAC Address
- the mobile operator to which you are connected
You can also send a request to technical assistance by entering your name, phone number, email and any photo, selecting the problem from a pop-up menu.
